Pumpkin Bread - Mary Ann Esh

Pumpkin Bread 

3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs
nuts

Mix dry ingredients together, add oil, stir then add rest of ingredients, beat, then add nuts. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees.
