Three Cheese Artichokes - Sue Eckles

Three Cheese Artichokes

1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp chopped parsley

Mix the artichoke hearts, parmesan, cheddar, mayo, mozzarella, garlic salt, and parsley. Put in a quiche dish or pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sesame crackers for dipping.
