Green Salad with Sour Cream and Egg

4 cups of green salad
1 fresh cucumber
1 egg
1/2 cup of sour cream sauce with vinegar.  

Chopped and dried green lettuce and put in a bowl. Hard-boiled eggs, cut into thin slices and mix with sour cream sauce with vinegar. Before serving, season the salad with sour cream sauce and eggs, place in a salad bowl, cover with slices of fresh cucumbers and sprinkle with finely chopped dill or parsley. Salad is served with all meat and fish dishes.
