"Spring" Salad


1 1/4 cups of green salad
2 eggs
2 fresh cucumbers
1 bunch of red radish
1 boiled carrot
2-3 boiled potatoes, 
2 tomatoes 
4 green onions 
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar

Cut the washed and dried green salad, put a slide in the salad bowl. Around the salad, arrange sliced ​​carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, radishes, cucumbers, as well as green onions. Place circles of hard-boiled eggs in the center of the green salad slide. Prepare the sauce from sour cream, vinegar and sugar. 
When serving, lightly salt the salad.
Serve the sauce separately in the gravy boat.
