Sauerkraut
Salad
5 cups sauerkraut slaw
5 cups sauerkraut slaw
1 tbsp. tablespoon of vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Mix sauerkraut with sugar and
vegetable oil. You can add fresh or soaked apples, sliced, lettuce celery,
fresh or soaked lingonberries. This salad is served with sausages, sausages,
fried pork, boiled poultry.
