Radish Salad With Sour Cream
2-3 bunches of radish
1
egg
1/2 cup sour cream.
Rinse the radish and cut into
thin slices. Grind the yolk of hard-boiled eggs in a bowl, adding sour cream
and salt. After that, put the radish, add the finely chopped egg white and mix.
