Fresh Cucumber Salad in Sour Cream
3 cucumbers
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of
vinegar
Washed and peeled cucumbers
cut into thin slices, put in a salad bowl. Just before serving, lightly salt
the cucumbers, sprinkle with pepper and pour sour cream mixed with salt and
vinegar. Sprinkle dill on top. Salad is served with meat and fish cakes, fried
meat and fish, or as an independent dish.
