5-6 tomatoes
2-3 cucumbers
2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar

Washed tomatoes and fresh cucumbers cut into thin slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper and lay beautifully in a salad bowl. At the time of serving, pour vinegar mixed with vegetable oil, sprinkle dill or parsley on top. Salad can be prepared from cucumbers alone or from tomatoes alone.
