Fresh Tomato And Cucumber Salad
5-6 tomatoes

cucumbers
2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar
Washed tomatoes and fresh
cucumbers cut into thin slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper and lay
beautifully in a salad bowl. At the time of serving, pour vinegar mixed with
vegetable oil, sprinkle dill or parsley on top. Salad can be prepared from cucumbers
alone or from tomatoes alone. Fresh tomatoes can be replaced with canned ones.
In this salad, if desired, add onions, sliced in thin rings, or finely
chopped green onions. Salad is served with meat and fish cakes, boiled or fried
meat and fish, as well as a separate dish.
