Swedish Meat Balls - Mrs. Severn Gjerde (Svenska Kottbullar)

Swedish Meat Balls

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 large onion, ground
2 ups bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 pt. milk
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves

Mix well. Brown in butter or bacon grease. Make gravy by adding a little flour, hot water and seasoning to pan fat. Pour over meat balls and simmer or bake 1 hour.
