Rømmegrøt - Mrs. George Vikingstad (Sour Cream Porridge)

Rømmegrøt (Cream Porridge)


1 pint sweet milk
Pinch of salt
1 cup flour

Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

2 cups sweet cream
1 cup flour, scant

Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Take off butter as it comes on when cooking.
Stir the two mixtures together. Use the double boiler to prevent scorching. This is served with sugar and cinnamon
