Potato Lefse - Mrs. Julia Peterson

Potato Lefse 


3 cups of cooked, riced potatoes
1 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
5 tbsp melted shortening

Mix and roll thin. An electric frying pan can be used. This makes 15 lefse.
