Potato Lefse - Mrs. Joe Gunderson

Potato Lefse

3 cups riced potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp melted lard
3 tbsp half and half
1 1/2 cups flour

Mix together and knead slightly. Roll on a floured board or cloth. Bake at 450 deg. on a lefse griddle or electric skillet.
