Potato Lefse - Mrs. Minnie Heinrich

Potato Lefse


3 cups mashed red potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour (more or less)

Mix thoroughly. Take a small spoonful of dough, form into a ball, and roll as thin as possible on a floured board. Bake.
