Potato Lefse - Mrs. Everett Mateson

Potato Lefse


2 cups mashed potatoes
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour

Mix the potatoes, milk, and salt. Chill well. Add the flour. Make a small flat circle and roll out on floured board. Bake on lefse grill.
