Potato Cakes - Mrs. Tobias Peterson

Potato Cakes 

2 cups mashed potatoes
1 tbsp Crisco*
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour

Cool the potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Leave out a little of the flour to use in rolling. Roll very thing. Bake on grill or griddle without greasing, till light brown.
