Potato Cakes - Mrs. Ralph Olson

Potato Cakes 

6 cups riced or mashed potatoes, cold
1 1/2 bread flour
1 tsp sugar
1 rounded tsp butter, melted
1 tsp salt

Knead together. Roll very thin on well floured board. Bake on griddle. Cool between two cloths so that steam does not escape too quickly. 15 cakes
