Norwegian Rice - Mrs. Ingvold Hjelmtveit

Norwegian Rice

Boil 1 cup rice 15 minutes and drain. Beat 4 eggs and add 2 cups rich milk, 2 tbsp sugar and slt. Pour over rice and put in buttered baking dish. Bake 45 minutes. Sprinkle with raisins, sugar, and cinnamon to taste.
