Norwegian Crown (Norske Kroner)
1/2 cup sugar
4 hard boiled egg yolks
1 cup butter (half oleo)
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp almond flavor
Mix sugar and egg yolks with a fork. Blend with butter. Add flavoring, then flour. Roll into small balls. Dip in sugar. Flatten with glass or ungreased sheet. This makes about 5 doz. cookies.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325 deg.
