Lefse
2 cups white flour
1/2 cup graham or whole wheat flour
1/4 cup shortening
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Boiling water to make a stiff dough
Knead well. Roll out thin. Bake on top of stove or griddle. This makes about 200 lefse.
