Ginger Pear Cake - Mrs. Ralph J. Olson

Ginger Pear Cake

Melt in 9x9x2 pan...1/4 cup butter. Blend in 1 cup of brown sugar, packed. Place on top...#2 1/2* can pear halves, drained. Mix...1 pkg. gingerbread mix, as directed on the package. Pour over pears. Bake 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
