Chicken and Chips
1 can boned chicken (5oz) more may be used or 2 cups cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. potato chips
3 cups milk
Warm milk and mix with chicken and chicken soup. Fill 1 1/2 or 2 qt casserole with potato chips. (Do not crush.) Pour milk mixture over chips and mix. As chips soften up, add more chips and stir until all chips are used. Use more milk if necessary to keep moist enough. No seasoning is needed and it is not too salty. Bake at 350 deg for 30 min.
