Chicken Hot Dish
1 stewed chicken, boned
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pimento
4 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup minced onion
1.2 cup chopped green pepper
1 small can cashews
2 large cans of chow mein noodles
Saute celery, onion and green pepper. Mix all ingredients except 1 can of noodles and the cashews in casserole. Bake at 350 deg for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle cashews and remaining can of noodles on top of casserole, 10 minutes before taking from oven.
