No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread - Mrs. Naomi Esh

Non-Knead Whole Wheat Bread

4 tsp dry yeast
2/3 cup luckewarm water
2 tsp honey
5 cup whole wheat flour
3 tbsp molasses
2/3 cup lukewarm water
1/3 cup wheat germ
1 1/3 cup lukewarm water
1 tbsp seasame seeds

Sorubjke yeast over 2.3 cup lukewarm water. Add 2 tsp honey, leave to wor a few minutes.
Warm wheat flour by placing it in a 250 deg oven for 20 minutes.
Combine milasses with 2.3 cup lukewarm water.
Combine yeast mixture with molasses mixture. Stir this into warmed flour then add the wheat germ and 1 1/3 cup lukewarm water. Mix well: but don't knead, the dough will be sticky. Butter 9 1.4 x 5 1/4 inch loaf ban taking care to grease the corners.
