Potato Salad

Potato Salad

3 1/3 cups of potatoes
4 green onions
2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of vinegar.

Peel boiled potatoes, cut into slices, put in a bowl, salt, sprinkle with pepper, mix with vinegar and vegetable oil. Then put a slide in a salad bowl and sprinkle with dill, parsley or finely chopped green onions. Salad is served with hot and cold fried meat, veal, lamb, pork and fish, as well as a separate dish. This salad is especially tasty if it is made from freshly cooked warm potatoes.
