Mini Cocktail Reubens
8 oz pkg refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded American cheese
1 tsp caraway seed
1 5.5 oz pkg cocktail franks
1 egg slightly beaten
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangle. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to equal a total of 16 triangles. Sprinkle each triangle with about 1 1/2 tsp of each: cheese and sauerkraut. Place one cocktail frank at the large end of each triangle and roll up. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with caraway seed. Bake 10-12 minutes or till lightly browned.
