Hot White Cabbage Salad

5 cups white cabbage
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

Peel and wash the cabbage, remove the stalk, finely chop, lightly salt and rub with your hands to make the cabbage soft. Squeeze out the standing juice. After that, put the cabbage in a salad bowl, pour vinegar mixed with sugar, and leave it in this form for 30–40 minutes. In cabbage, add well 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Salad can be prepared in another way. Put chopped cabbage in a pan, add salt, vinegar and, stirring continuously, heat until the cabbage settles and becomes soft. After that, cool the cabbage and season with sugar and butter.
