Hot Artichoke Dip
1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
garlic chopped or powder to taste
paprika
Drain and mash artichoke hearts. Blend in mayonnaise, cheese,lemon juice and garlic. Pour mixture into ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bale for 25p30 minutes at 350 degreestill browned and bubbly. Delicious served with wheat crackers or hearty bread.
