Sandbakelser - Mrs. Ed Hanson (Sand Cookies)

Sandbakelser

1 lb butter
1 1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 egg yolks
6 cups clour
2 tsp almond flavoring

Cream butter and sugar well. Add cream and egg yolks and mix well. Then add flour, a little at a time and mix. Add flavoring. Chill dough before pressing into forms. Bake at 400 deg. 8 to 10 min.
