Praline Cookies
24 graham crackers
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped pecans
Grease a 15 1/2x10 1/2 jelly roll pan. Line bottom of pan with whole graham crakers. Place brown sugar and butter in a sauce pan. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. When mixture has stopped bubbling, stir in nuts. Spoon it on and spread over graham crackers. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 10 minutes. Cool and cut into 48 1x2 bars.
