Lutefisk (Baked)
3 pounds lutefisk* cut in serving pieces. Rinse and drain well. Place one layer deep, with skin side down in a large shallow pan. Bake in slow oven (325 degrees) for 35 minutes. Serve with melted butter (Norwegian style) or with cream sauce (Swedish style.)
Mrs. Kabe baes her lutefisk for 45 minutes and covers the pan with aluminum foil while baking.
