Krumkake
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1/2 cup cream, whipped
2 cups flour
Beat eggs until ver light. Add sugar and nutmeg, melted butter and whipped cream. Add enough flour to handle easily, testing on hot iron. Place one tsp full on krumkake iron and bake until light brown. Roll quickly on stick or form into patty shells. Shell can be used for ice cream or fruit.
