Kringler
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda in milk
1 heaping tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp orange extract
3 1/2 cups flour
Mix in order given. Chill overnight in refrigerator. Roll out about as thick as a finger and as long as a pencil. Shape into kringla form. Bake 10 minutes at 425 deg. or until light brown. Remove from oven. Dip top of kringla in cold water.
