Flat Brod - Mrs. Gordon Ellestad (Flat Bread)

Flat Brod


2 cups corn meal
4 cups flour
2 cups water
1 cup lard
salt

Mix lard, flour, and corn meal as for pie crust. add water and mix. Knead into a dough. Roll as thin as possible. Roll around rolling pin or stick and place on large cookie sheet. When flat brod begins to brown, turn over and brown on other side. Bake 375-400 deg.
