Etne Kaka (cookies) - Mrs. Ingvold Hjelmtveit

Etne Kaka (cookies) 

1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 cups cornstach
2 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the beaten eggs. Sift together the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.  Mix well. Roll into balls the size of walnuts, press down with fork. Bake at 350 deg. about 10 minutes or until very light golden color. Watch!
