Chicken Hot Dish
2 cups chopped, cooked, chicken
4 cups cooked noodles
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
6 tbsp butter
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce (optional)
Arrange chicken noodles, soup, onion and green pepper in a casserole. Make a sauce of the remaining ingred. in a separate pan cooking over a low heat until warm and thick. Pour over casserole ingre. Bake one h or in moderate oven, 325 - 350 deg.
