Chicken Casserole - Mrs. Paul Hedberg

Chicken Casserole

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb melted butter
1 1/4 cup minute rice
1 fair-sized chicken or chicken parts

Blend together the soups, melter butter and rice. POur the soup mixture into a large cake pan. Lay the pieces of chicken over the top and brush with additional butter. Season with salt and pepper and paprika. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 275 degrees.
