Strawberry Pizza - Jan Quinlivan

Strawberry Pizza

Crust:
2/3 cups butter (or half butter, half margarine)
1 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar

Cream Filling:
8oz softened cream cheese
2 cups Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar

Topping:
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries (or) 1 10oz pkg frozen strawberries, thawed
1-3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Fresh strawberries

Melt butter; stir in flour and sugar. Pat into pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Cook mashed strawberries with sugar and cornstarch until thickened. Cool. Spread over cream filling. Cover with  sliced fresh strawberries. Refrigerate until serving.
