Tasty Yellow Cakewith Apricot and Lemon

Tasty Yellow Cake with Apricot and Lemon

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 3 oz pkg of lemon jello
3/4 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup apricot nectar
4 egg yolks
2 tsp lemon extract or fresh lemon juice
4 egg whites

Blend the first four ingredients. Add the egg yolks one at a time beating well after each. Add the flavoring. Beat egg whites until they hold peaks. Fold in. Bake in 325-350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes in a greased tube pan.
