Magic Pumpkin Pie
20 2" gingersnaps, crumbed
6 tbsp melted butter
Mix and press in bottom 8" pie pan. Bake 8 minutes.
1 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
1 cup milk
Beat 1 minute.
Add
32 oz can pumpkin
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 sp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 cloves
Stir until well combined, turn into crumb crust. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
