Krumkake - Mrs. Arling Thompson

Krumkake


1/2 cup butter or sub. (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 scant cup milk
1 3/4 cups flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp flavoring - vanilla, etc.

Mix the milk with the butter, sugar and eggs well. Add the flour mixed with the cornstarch. Add the flavoring. Mix well by hand. Pour batter with the spoon on Krumkake iron. Close tightly. Turn.
