Danish Ham Sandwich - Mrs Dana Allen

Danish Ham Sandwich

On buttered rye bread place several layers of thinly sliced Danish ham or a slice of salami. Spread Italian salad on top. Salad made of tiny cooked peas and tiny cooked carrot cubes bound together with mayonnaise. Top with a snip or watercrest. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
