Butterscotch Torte

Butterscotch Torte

1 pkg fluffy white frosting mix for 2 layer cake
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
1 6 oz pkg butterscotch pieces
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup pecans
whipped cream

Prepare frosting mix according to package directions' stir in vanilla. Fold in graham cracker crumbs, butter scotch pieces, coconut, and pecans. Turn into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 30 minutes or till lightly browned. Cut in wedges. Serve warm or cool with unsweetened whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
