Blueberry Coconut Bars
1 pkg Py-O-My Blueberry Muffin Mix*, mixed to pkg directions
Add
1 extra egg
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Bake in 9x9 pan at 350 degrees until brown. These may be frosted with a powdered sugar frosting if desired.
